Norman Higgins, M.D.

Dr. Higgins has practiced in West Florida since 1973 and was one of the founders of CBJD in 1976. He specializes in general orthopaedics, including total joint replacement of hips and knees and arthroscopy of knees and shoulders. Dr. Higgins is well known for his successful conservative recovery plans for his patients.
